Introductory MRI Course 4th and 5th April 2025 for Non-Members – Registration OPEN

The BAMRR Introductory course on will take place on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th April 2025 at the NCSEM in Loughborough. 

This is a two day course aimed at Radiographers new to MRI and includes a simulator session. Taught by experienced MRI radiographers and MRI physicists.

  • Physics Simple pulse sequences
  • Contrast Agents
  • Artefacts
  • MSK Imaging
  • Neuro Imaging
  • Fat free Imaging

Interactive Sessions on:

  • Practical MRI session - live on a scanner - parameter manipulation
  • MRI Knee
  • MRI Lumbar Spine
  • MRI Brain
  • View knee, brain and lumbar spine case studies with a reporting radiographer
  • Ask a friendly physicist to explain or go over anything to do with MRI physics

Please note: paper copies of the presentations will not be provided, pdfs of presentations will be available after the course.
